Based on our experience in the solution of special measuring machines, we have developed measuring devices and basic machines for the various requirements, which allow a quick and economic adaptation to the special demands.
VARIOshaft
Measure shafts quickly and flexible
Thanks to the direct workpiece mounting between the centers, a wide variety of workpiece types can be measured in mixed operation without retooling. The concept is based on a fully integrated absolute measuring system with reference elements. This means that an uninterrupted and stable production process is possible at all times. The flexible test planning is highly user-friendly and can be carried out directly at the shaft measurement center or at the office workstation according to the drawing specifications.
VARIOwheel
Hybrid measuring system for wheels
Measuring device for measuring the inside diameter of ring gears, spur gears, gears and sleeves. The special thing about this measuring device is a fully integrated absolute measuring system. Thanks to this hybrid approach, both simple 3D measurements and classic reference measurements can be measured in automation operation. The measuring device can be designed as a compact manual measuring station or as a fully automated robotic solution. In production, a new part is automatically set up within the complete range of parts. The calibration takes place via a separate reference master with diameter and length references. Thanks to this hybrid concept, there are practically no limits to the measurement of crown gears, spur gears, standard gears and sleeves.
