We develop and build individual special measuring machines for a wide variety of parts from gearbox, engine and chassis, as well as for mechanical and apparatus engineering, the aircraft industry and medical technology. The spectrum of solutions ranges from simple, manually operated measuring equipment to automated SPC measuring stations and post-process measuring machines integrated in the production line with feedback of correction data to the processing machine.
Our measuring instruments and automatic measuring machines are used by automotive manufacturers and suppliers for almost all parts of a gearbox, e.g. for gearwheels, housings, synchronizer bodies, sliding sleeves and various shaft and wheel-shaped parts. We have already implemented measuring solutions for the most diverse requirements:
• Dimensional tolerances, diameters and lengths, static and dynamic
• Form tolerances, radial and axial run-out, concentricity and parallelism
• Position tolerances, axle-base, bore position and symmetry
Our measuring instruments and automatic measuring machines are used by automotive manufacturers and suppliers for many parts of an engine, e.g. for cylinder heads, oil pans, crankcases, camshafts and many more. Thanks to our experience, we can provide tailor-made solutions for various measurement tasks.
Especially for the various high-safety parts in the chassis, e.g. brake discs, steering parts, gear racks, control bushings and many more, simple measuring devices to automated SPC measuring stations are in use.
